Up to 3 months after picture day, if a customer is not satisfied for any reason, return the picture packet to Dorian and we will process a complete refund.

The picture packet should be mailed to Dorian Studio, 4212 W Sunset Blvd, Spokane WA, 99224. Indicate if you want a refund or exchange, and make sure to provide a mailing address for the refund check.

All refunds are processed and mailed to the parent within 14 days of receiving the original picture packet.
